What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pharmacy Technician Certified IV position at Cheshire Medical Center?
Serves as the Lead Pharmacy Technician for a designated service area. Performs routine and specialized technical and clerical duties for drug distribution to patients while working under the supervision of a Pharmacist. Monitors workflow and redirects staff as necessary. Acts as a resource and provides technical guidance, oversight and mentoring to team members. Adapts quickly to changes and leads others in the implementation change. Provide on-the-job training, where necessary and identify training opportunities. Perform the duties of the Pharmacy Technician. Associates degree in a health or related field, with 2 year of pharmacy experience, or the equivalent required. Registered Pharmacy Technician with the NH Board of Pharmacy required. Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification required.
