Job Details
Under the supervision of the EKG / EEG / ECHO Supervisor, this position provides ultrasound images of the heart and related structures of patients of all ages for physician interpretation.
The Echocardiographer must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span, be capable of gathering and assessing information relative to the patient's age-specific needs, and provide the care needed to achieve the desired clinical outcomes.
The Echocardiographer must be able to understand and modify the therapeutic approach in response to the patient's nonverbal reactions to therapy, psychosocial needs, physical limitations and any other age or illness specific issues.
Job Requirements
2 years Echo / Cardiac experience required.
NH MIRT or equivalent state license required in profile - not negotiable.
ARDMC (RDCS) required.
License / Certifications must be uploaded with profile (NH MIRT, ARRT, BLS).
Schedule Information
Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified at upload.
No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted (less is better).
RTO requests after upload will not be approved.
Unit Specific Information
Must have experience with all age groups.
Additional Details
This is a small community without public transport; traveler candidate must have their own vehicle.
