Job Details
Cheshire Medical Center is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a rehabilitation position. The contract length is for 13 weeks, commencing January 20, 2025. Covid vaccinations are strongly recommended but not required.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years current PT experience required; no new grads.
NH license must be in hand at profile upload.
Womens Health Certification needed.
Previous travel experience is highly preferred.
EPIC and Expro experience is required.
Schedule Information
Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified at upload. No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted.
Unit Specific Information
All new and returning agency staff must have de-escalation training as part of their onboarding and clearance as of 1 / 1 / 2024.
Additional Details
Travelers must have their own vehicle, as public transport is not available in this small community.
Typical patient day involves 2 to 3 evaluations and treatment sessions based on patient diagnosis.
