Branch Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our team and oversee the operations of our branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing branch performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic planning abilities, and a focus on process improvement to enhance operational efficiency.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN THE BUILDING MATERIAL INDUSTRY.

Duties

• Lead and supervise branch staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve branch goals and objectives.
• Monitor profit loss statements to ensure financial health and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage daily operations of the branch, including inventory management, customer service, and compliance with company policies.
• Drive business development initiatives to expand the customer base and increase market share.
• Oversee project management efforts within the branch to ensure timely completion of initiatives.
• Continuously assess processes for improvement opportunities that enhance productivity and service quality.

Experience

• Proven experience in a managerial role with a focus on sales and operations.
• Strong background in strategic planning and execution within a business environment.
• Demonstrated ability in profit loss management and financial oversight.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience in supervising diverse teams.
