Your Next Great Adventure
As the Customer Relations Administrator, you will be the key point of contact for customers and project vendors, responsible for managing customer inquiries and supporting the customer service team. Your duties will include handling service calls related to warranties and repairs, scheduling service appointments for homeowners, and overseeing email correspondence related to projects and customer support. Additionally, you will manage document control and various administrative functions to ensure smooth operations. You will also generate and run monthly and weekly reports to track service activity. A significant part of the role involves delivering exceptional customer service, both internally to your team and externally to clients and vendors, ensuring all needs and expectations are met efficiently and professionally.

- Proficient with standard software (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management systems.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
- Valid driver’s license, professional appearance, and ability to pass a background check.
