Position Summary
In the Escrow Processor role, you will be responsible for representing our family of companies by delivering the highest level of customer service and satisfaction, prioritizing the needs of our guests and customers. You will build and maintain customer relationships while managing and coordinating the overall closing process for transaction files. Key responsibilities include maintaining an organized workflow, processing necessary documents, and ensuring compliance with internal processes and guidelines. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. This is not a remote position; candidates must be available to work in the office. Flexibility, punctuality, and the ability to build positive relationships are also crucial for success in this role.
Responsibilities And Duties
- Ability to work independently and proactively to meet timelines and complete tasks in a timely, efficient, and error-free manner.
- Establish and maintain proactive communication with and support of team members in numerous branch offices.
- Accurately maintain an ongoing daily task list (workflow dashboard) within RamQuest with no overdue tasks.
- Order tax certificates, HOA certificates/statements of account, surveys, payoff statements, lien releases and any other workflow dashboard items assigned, as needed.
- Process electronic data for system-integrated file/order entry and title production tasks, as needed.
- Provide assistance with funding duties, if needed.
- Maintain and submit accurate monthly charge logs (with corresponding receipts) for upfront HOA statement of account payments.
- Ongoing compliance with all internal processes and procedures as well as adherence to company, underwriting and state guidelines and procedures.
- Ensure exceptional experiences for all customers (internal & external) and team members by providing the highest possible level of customer service (service to the Nth Degree ).
- Ongoing display of leadership qualities to set a higher standard for your fellow N Titleists, affiliates, customers, clients and yourself.

Qualifications
Job Knowledge and Skills
- Prior experience in a title company as an Escrow Processor or Director of First Impressions/Receptionist (or equivalent) is preferred but not required. Experience with RamQuest CCE is also preferred but not essential.
- A friendly and professional demeanor, along with appropriate appearance, is required.
- Excellent customer service and active listening skills are mandatory.
- Strong organizational abilities and proficiency in computer skills are required, as the role involves working independently offsite in a primarily paperless environment (with over 95% of work done on a computer).
- A keen attention to detail with the capacity to multi-task and manage high volumes of work under tight deadlines is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with the ability to listen, take notes, and follow detailed instructions accurately.
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems (Outlook, Word, and Excel) is necessary.
- Must be a self-starter capable of working independently offsite with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility in responsibilities and a proactive attitude towards assisting team members are essential.
- Punctuality and good attendance habits are critical.
- Candidates must be able to successfully pass a background check.
