Position Summary: Chesmar Homes in search of a Sales Assistant to work with our New Home Consultant together as a team to achieve all community team goals. This includes delivering an outstanding customer experience and satisfaction during their visit in the model home. Provide administrative support to the sales team and have attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure the sales center functions are coordinated to achieve a high level of productivity and support overall sales success. Please note this position will work from this address 8614 Azalea Crossing Court Missouri City, Tx 77459.
Job Duties:
- The Sales Assistant position is a part-time position with variable hours.
- Main duties will be to assist visitors, homeowners, and vendors during business hours.
- Lock and unlock inventory each day.
- Enter information into CRM & database programs.
- Duties and responsibilities are determined by the New Home Consultant, assigned to the community you are working in.
- This is variable hour, part-time position (less than 30 hours per week) and may include weekends.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to climb stairs and safely walk homes under construction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Have reliable transportation.
- Represent Chesmar in professional business attire.
