Welcome to Chester County Dental Arts, a privately owned multi-specialty dental practice dedicated to serving the Chester County community. Founded in 2015 by Dr. Mark R. Simeone, we take pride in our growth and the positive feedback from our patients. We moved into a larger practice in Thorndale this past fall and are currently looking for a skilled Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Schedule appointments and assist in coordinating patient flow
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations in handling patient information
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, billing, and insurance verification
- Coordinate with the dental team to support efficient clinic operations
- Familiarity with Dental terminology and Eaglesoft software is preferred
Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dental office or medical setting is advantageous
- Proficiency in using phone systems and managing multiple lines
- Knowledge of medical scheduling practices for efficient appointment management
- Understanding of medical records management and confidentiality protocols
- Familiarity with administrative tasks within a dental clinic environment
