At the present time, a vacancy exists for a registered nurse (RN) or a licensed practical nurse (LPN) within the Student Services division of the Chester County Intermediate Unit. This position is a full-time temporary position with an end date expected in August 2024. The position would be for 180 days per year at Windsor Christian Academy.

Duties & Responsibilities:
The school nurse is responsible for implementing student health plans for secondary students (including special education students and health plans identified in IEPs) and providing first aid and emergency care within standing order guidelines for accidental injuries and illness. The position will also be responsible for administering medications as prescribed by a doctor or requested by a parent.
Salary Range:
Hourly rate depends on if the successful candidate is a RN or an LPN. Rates below are for an RN.
Support, Band 13, $27.38 - $34.22 per hour
