As a Server at Chester Valley Golf Club, you'll play a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences for our members and guests. You'll provide attentive service, ensure guest satisfaction, and contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Chester Valley Golf Club is looking for servers who are self-driven, work well as a part of a team, are flexible and eager to learn, and who take initiative on a variety of responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and Welcome Guests: Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival, making them feel valued and welcome.
- Take Accurate Orders: Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Serve Food and Beverages: Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all food and beverages are prepared correctly before going out to guests.
- Anticipate Needs: Be attentive to guest needs, anticipating their requests and providing prompt service.
- Maintain Dining Area: Keep your assigned dining area clean, organized, and well-maintained throughout the shift.
- Ensure Guest Satisfaction: Resolve any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring their satisfaction and communicate issues and complaints to management.
- Adhere to Standards: Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic dining environment. Ensure that all food and beverage products are stored, labeled, dated, rotated, and kept to health code standards.
Qualifications:

- Abide by Policies: Assure all club, local, and state policies and procedures are strictly followed.
- System Familiarity: Basic knowledge of POS (Jonas preferred).
