Lead Teacher for Early Childhood Education

About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead Teacher to join our team at Chesterbrook Academy. As a Toddler Lead Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our young students. You will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging lesson plans that cater to students' individual needs and abilities.

You will work closely with other teachers and staff to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Your primary focus will be on educating and inspiring students to become lifelong learners, while fostering strong relationships with families and the school community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement high-quality lesson plans that align with curriculum requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute educational activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about student progress and needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Two years of experience working with young children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
