**Responsibilities:**
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development in children.
- Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with state and national standards, and meets the needs of diverse learners.
- Manage classroom behavior, provide positive reinforcement, and use restorative practices to resolve conflicts.
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and other staff members to ensure a collaborative approach to student success.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Associate's degree with 2-3 years of experience may be considered).
- Valid certifications in First Aid, CPR, and Child Abuse Prevention.
- Proven experience working with young children, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
