High school diploma or GED preferred; some directly related experience preferred; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Excellent communication skills with a variety of ages. Leadership and problem-solving skills with both large and small groups. Pre-employment drug testing, FBI criminal background check and education/degree verification required.

Our Summer Camp Staff will be responsible for implementing the summer camp program by actively engaging with youth participants and staff daily. Job Responsibilities:
- Works closely with the Camp Supervisor in implementing scheduled activities.
- Assist with the daily participant check-in process.
- Responsible for safety and supervision of participants.
- Organize all equipment and supplies needed for activities ahead of the scheduled activity time.
- Communicate clearly to individuals and groups to explain activity steps, rules, and safety instructions to maintain an orderly activity and a safe environment.
- Lead children of all ages, acting as a role model at all times.
- Modify instructions and scope of activity to accommodate various age and skill levels so a safe and satisfying experiences had by all participants.
- Enforce camp rules at all times, including safety measures unique to each different activity.
- Perform other work as required.
Monday - Friday: flexible hours between 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.; includes some evenings, weekends, and holidays
Salary : $18 - $21
