Responsibilities
- Conduct crisis assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct patient care, including crisis intervention and behavior management strategies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for patients.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes using appropriate coding practices.
- Educate patients and families about treatment options and resources available within the community.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans, making adjustments as necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
- Mobilie Crisis Certification for Adults and Children
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and experience with crisis care settings.
- Demonstrated experience working with children and adults in a clinical or community-based environment.
- Proficiency in crisis management techniques and behavior management strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients and families.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
