We have been making quality beverages for the Midwest since 1872 and supplying them from 14 distribution centers across Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota.

Position Summary: Responsible for maintaining merchandising standards within a designated geographic area.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members
• Supervise the daily sales and merchandising activities
• Schedule team members to meet the demands of the business
• Visit accounts to monitor adherence to merchandising standards
• Manage within labor and operation budget
• Responsible for >5 mm cases
• Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned
  
  

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

• High-School Diploma/GED
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 1 years of previous sales experience
• 1 years of people/budget management experience preferred
• 1 years of grocery store/consumer products experience preferred
• 1 years customer service experience preferred
• Familiarity with DOT regulations preferred
• Valid driver’s license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines

Work Environment: Depends upon the customer the employee is serving. May have to climb stairs and work in back rooms. Subject to outside elements and may have to work in heat, cold, rain, and snow.
