We have been making quality beverages for the Midwest since 1872 and supplying them from 14 distribution centers across Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota.
Position Summary: To start up, operate, and shut down the equipment on the can line. Work as a backup on the bottle line as needed. This position is expected to cover for the supervisor in their absence.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Must be able to learn and operate all machinery on the can line and bottle line
- Watch operation of palletizers
- Operate the can line filler/seamer safely and efficiently
- Operate the Hicone, tray maker and the multi-packer effectively and efficiently
- Keep multipacker running
- Change over products
- Watch for crushed and down bottles
- Keep floor area clean and picked up
- Conduct ingredient inventory on a scheduled frequency.
- Fill in for Supervisor when necessary.
- Cover shifts for can/bottle line production employees when necessary
- Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned
Education/Experience:
- High-School Diploma/GED
- No experience necessary on the job training is performed
- Previous production lead experience a plus
- Forklift experience a plus

- Must be able to read, speak, and write in English to be able to communicate with supervisor and co-workers and to operate equipment.
Work Environment: Works in a warehouse. Ear protection is required in production areas. Eye protection required while on forklift. Must wear hair/beard net in designated areas. May work extended hours or days to complete production.
Physical Requirements:
- Visual and auditory abilities required to do the job
- Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and handling product
- Ability to lift/carry <50 lbs.
- Ability to push/pull <50 lbs.
Hours: Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays. 4:00pm- shift completion
