Responsibilities
- Practice and promote the recovery model of treatment including trauma-informed care, hope, respect, empowerment, health/wellness and spirituality/connectedness.
- Model and support consumers in the areas of personal responsibility, self-advocacy and hopefulness.
- Provide services identified in treatment/recovery/safety plans that are consumer driven and meet program requirements.
- Provide referral, linkage and advocacy to recommended community resources.
