The region’s leading provider of integrated behavioral and primary health care is seeking an integrated outpatient clinician to work with our clients in Belleville, IL. Position is full-time; daytime hours. Chestnut offers a new salary structure and robust benefits!
Responsibilities
Help consumers to regain control over their lives through self-directed recovery. Promote the recovery model of treatment including trauma-informed care, hope, respect, empowerment, health/wellness, and spirituality/connectedness. Use evidence-based practices focusing on individual, family, and group therapy. Link clients to community resources including DCFS, probation/parole, courts, medical care, and natural supports. Promote positive interactions within Chestnut and with the community to sustain a favorable program reputation.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field with at least 1,000 hours of supervised mental health experience. Basic computer skills and experience using MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and an electronic medical record.
