Job Summary
Support housing residents in their goal to live independently, ensuring they have the resources they need and managing day-to-day administrative details.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct tenant applicant interviews and oversee move-ins and move-outs in coordination with facilities, purchasing, and clinical staff.
- Manage property maintenance and resolve tenant issues including apartment inspections, complaints from tenants or landlords, IT requests, and monitoring non-payment of rent.
- Provide consumer-driven services such as case management, connecting consumers to community resources, and assisting clients in maintaining a clean and safe living environment.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent plus five years' experience in social services, admissions, scheduling, screening, or peer support.
- Alternatively, high school diploma or equivalent and certification as a Recovery Support Specialist or Peer Recovery Specialist.
- Bachelor's degree also considered.
- Effective communication skills with employees, consumers, potential consumers, and support systems.
- Data entry experience preferably with electronic health records or billing systems.
- Familiarity with standard office procedures and equipment usage.
A valid driver's license, private automobile insurance, and insurability are required for this position.
