The Admissions Director is an integral part the care team that helps change the lives of our patients and residents each day. As an Admissions Director you are responsible for build relationships with referring entities including:
Ensure that referrals are reviewed and contacted in timely fashion
- Maintain relationship and partnership with our referring organizations
- Ensure that admission process is smooth and the admissions information is sent the appropriate internal staff
Required qualifications:
- Two years of experience in the related position within a health care organization
- High School education required; B.S. Degree preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and be self-motivated while working as part of a team
