Position Overview:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive growth. This individual will create compelling content across multiple platforms, represent the company at events, and coordinate marketing initiatives to ensure cohesive and effective messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation:
- Develop engaging content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, websites, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and animations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant topics into content strategy.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to improve engagement.
2. Event Brand Ambassador:
- Serve as the face and voice of Chestnut Market at events, including trade shows, community events, and promotional activities.
- Engage with event attendees to promote our brand, products, and services.
- Coordinate with event organizers and partners to ensure successful event execution.
- Gather feedback and insights from events to inform future marketing strategies.
3. Marketing Coordination:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring all efforts are aligned with brand objectives.
- Coordinate marketing activities, including social media promotions, email marketing, and print advertising.
- Oversee content planning, scheduling, and performance reporting for social media platforms.
- Work with internal or external teams to maintain and enhance the company website and mobile app design.
- Ensure alignment of digital content with the overall brand voice and visual identity.
- Use analytics to optimize digital performance and user engagement.
4. Brand Marketing
- Lead strategy and execution for all traditional advertising, including print, highway signage, billboards, and branded collateral.
- Own the creative direction and production of in-store signage and physical marketing assets.
- Manage external vendors for print and outdoor media, ensuring high quality, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.
- Ensure brand consistency across all physical customer touchpoints.
- Work closely with the marketing team to manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Support the planning and execution of promotional events and campaigns.
