Position Overview:
As an Admissions Concierge, you'll be at the heart of our Admissions Department, ensuring smooth operations in pre-admission, admission, discharge, and follow-up processes. We're seeking a candidate with long-term care experience, a warm and friendly demeanor, and impeccable organizational skills.
Hours of Operation:
Monday - Friday 11am - 7pm
**Essential Functions: **
Inquiry Handling: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiry calls from hospitals, families, and other stakeholders.
Warm Welcome: Greet families and patients with a warm and compassionate demeanor.
Guided Tours: Conduct guided tours of our center, showcasing our exceptional care facilities.
Paperwork Processing: Efficiently process admission paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Coordination: Establish and maintain a consistent and effective process for coordinating admissions and bed management with relevant departments and staff.
Prompt Responses: Ensure that all inquiries are handled properly, in a timely manner, and with appropriate attention to detail.
Skills You are required to have:
- Familiarity with medical terminology.
- Minimum of one year of experience in Admissions.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Prior experience in Long-Term Care is essential.
