Job Responsibilities:
- Fabricate high-quality custom cabinetry, millwork, and furniture using a variety of woodworking techniques.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and design specifications to ensure accuracy in construction.
- Operate woodworking machinery, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Assemble, sand, and finish cabinets with precision and attention to detail.
- Install cabinets and millwork in residential and commercial settings with a high level of craftsmanship.
- Work collaboratively with designers, project managers, and clients to achieve the desired aesthetic and functional outcomes.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and adheres to project timelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workshop, following safety protocols and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in high-end custom cabinet making and installation.
- Proficiency in woodworking tools, machinery, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shop plans.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Experience with high-end finishes and specialty materials is a plus.
- Knowledge of design software (such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, or Cabinet Vision) is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials and cabinetry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to unique project requirements.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a passion for fine woodworking.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
