Duties

- Manage incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries as necessary.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for client records and other important documents.
- Provide information about services offered and answer any questions from clients or visitors.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized, clean, and welcoming at all times.
- Support other administrative tasks as needed to enhance office efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
