What are the responsibilities and job description for the Federal Program Management Analyst position at Chevo Consulting, LLC?
Chevo is hiring an experienced Federal Program Management Analyst to join our expanding firm. This position provides the opportunity for significant client interaction by learning the client’s business and becoming a trusted advisor. Ideal candidates will demonstrate versatility in understanding and performing work related to supporting an IT Program Management Office. This opportunity is a hybrid work environment. Onsite engagement is expected two-days per week. Client site location is in Ashburn VA.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supporting the preparation of a draft communications plan for external stakeholders such as other agencies within the Executive Branch
- Develop technical and objective documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Reviewing processes to improve customer experiences.
- Conducting research and providing feedback on customer satisfaction.
- Facilitating ongoing customer engagement activities.
- Supporting Customer Relationship Management by providing customer support to improve interaction with Department and other agencies to improve service delivery.
- Supporting Enterprise Requirements Management includes, but not limited to defining, analyzing, tracing, prioritizing, and agreeing on requirements and then controlling change and communicating to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with client to manage data calls and request for information.
- Appropriately manage priority requests, as well as providing professional and timely communication to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist the Executive Office in accomplishing all necessary internal operations to include administrative tasks, security, development of organizational operating instructions and regulations and personnel assistance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- A least 3 years of federal government experience
- Previous experience supporting an IT Program Management Office with focus on Stakeholder Communications and Engagement
Desired Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in CBP or DHS
SALARY RANGE: $90,000 - $110,000
