Chevo Consulting LLC is currently seeking a Program Manager with a TS clearance . This candidate will be the primary client point of contact with responsibility for all associated tasks for the contract of oversight. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of the cybersecurity posture of the Federal Government and be experienced in managing large-scale contract support teams. Located in Washington, DC Metro area in an onsite- / telework hybrid environment. Candidates must reside in the Washington DC metro area.

Duties and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the overall performance of the contract.
- Plan, organize and support the project / program to ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled, quality standards are met, and associated expectations of performance are achieved.
- Support multiple concurrent project tasks across a fast-paced, operational organization.
- Provide expert direction and guidance to team members and staff.
- Develop schedules and formulate work plans.
- Review project funds and resources.
- Serve as a primary point of contact with DHS / Government COR / Task Monitor and / or customer personnel.
- Provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff.
- Provide detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and / or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges / issues.
- Consult with client to define need or problem.
- Supervise studies and leading surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions.
- Manage a large, matrixed, and remote workforce.
