Chevo is hiring an experienced Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint developer to join our expanding firm. This position provides the opportunity for significant client interaction by learning the client’s business and to become a trusted advisor. Ideal candidates will demonstrate versatility in understanding and developing dashboards using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate), SharePoint, front end web pages, HTML and JavaScript development related to Federal engagements. This position provides a hybrid work environment, and is located in New Carrollton MD.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop data collection forms using out-of-the-box functionality SharePoint forms or Power Apps
- Develop SharePoint repositories to collect and store data and documents
- Develop automated workflows via SharePoint workflows or Power Automate to route information for review and approval
- Develop dashboards or data visualizations using Power Bi
- Manage the current SharePoint environment and develop similar tools for specified programs
- Manage internal and external tasking assignments
- Conduct business process analysis to identify opportunities for automation
- Conduct and manage stakeholder interviews
- Develop project requirements based on stakeholder interviews
- Organize and coordinate training events
- Train users and provide demonstrations on all tools and processes created
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for tools and models as needed
- Prepare meeting agendas
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Four (4) to Six (6) years' experience
- Experience with MS Power Platform, SharePoint, front end web pages HTML and JavaScript development
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Previous experience doing data analytics
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- IRS experience
- Active IRS Minimum Background Investigation (MBI)
- Experience interviewing people for data gathering
- Ability to do data analysis and to validate findings
- Ability to develop dashboards and other methods to display status dynamically
Salary : $85,000 - $104,000
