Job Summary:
Chevrolet Cadillac of Santa Fe is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Santa Fe, New Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting the dealership's services to clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for customers and will be responsible for accurately recording customer concerns, and recommending necessary repairs or maintenance. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with their service needs in a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule service appointments and maintain an organized schedule to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Listen to customers' concerns and appropriately document them for the service department.
- Perform detailed vehicle walk-throughs to identify and document all necessary repairs or maintenance.
- Communicate with technicians to ensure prompt and accurate repair diagnoses and estimates.
- Provide customers with accurate and timely updates on the status of their vehicle service.
- Review service orders and ensure all repairs are completed correctly and on time.
- Utilize dealership software to maintain accurate records and manage customer interactions.
- Proactively promote dealership services and offers to customers.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in automotive customer service or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficient with computers and able to learn and utilize dealership software.
- Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repairs is a plus.
- Must be able to work full time and have a valid driver's license.
