Location
This role will primarily office out of our centralized business office in The Colony, with occasional on-site work at our Corsicana dealership
Responsibilities
Process employee payroll on a semi-monthly or weekly basis via a third-party platform
Accurately calculate commissions for performance-based pay employees.
Ensure time clock entries are accurate and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare and process taxes, wage garnishments, and other required accounts receivables.
Verify all balances and records before finalizing payroll postings.
Communicate any discrepancies or unusual findings to management promptly.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all payroll activities.
Collaborate effectively within a team environment to ensure seamless operations.
Consistently produce high-quality, detail-oriented work.
Requirements and Qualifications
Experience in a payroll or HR environment is preferred.
Automotive industry experience is a plus but not required.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Occasional on-site work at our Corsicana dealership
Payroll certification is preferred.
High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s degree in applicable field is preferred
