Description of the role
As a Quick Service Technician at Chevrolet GMC of Corsicana, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles. This includes oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, and other basic automotive services. You will also be responsible for inspecting vehicles for potential issues and making recommendations to customers. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Performing oil changes, tire rotations, and other basic automotive services
- Inspecting vehicles for potential issues and making recommendations to customers
- Completing service orders accurately and efficiently
- Assisting with vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Requirements and Qualifications
- 1 years of GM Service Technician experience required
- ASE Certification preferred
- Ambitious, hardworking presence in a team environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
- Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Compensation
$15/hr to $25/hr, based on your experience and track record
