This role will be at our Chevrolet GMC of Corsicana dealership.
Responsibilities
- Master the WGA Sales Process – From the first call to the final handshake, you’ll be trained in high-performance sales techniques that ensure success.
- Engage Customers with Confidence – Greet every customer enthusiastically, make a great first impression, and take control of the sales process.
- Set, Confirm, and Close Appointments– Whether it’s an online lead or a walk-in, you’ll lead the conversation, overcome objections, and guide customers to their best deal.
- Follow Up & Build a Book of Business – Sales don’t end at the purchase—you’ll check in, follow up, and generate referrals and repeat business to build long-term success.
- Know Your Product – Become an expert on Chevrolet & GMC vehicles, incentives, and financing options to best serve our customers.
- Drive a Positive Customer Experience – Make buying a car fun, easy, and stress-free so that customers want to buy from you and WGA for life.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Confidence, ambition, and a hunger for success
- Ability to learn quickly and follow a proven sales process
- Willingness to work weekends & evenings as needed
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a major plus
