Lot Porter Attendant

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Lot Porter to join our team at a busy dealership. The Lot Porter plays a crucial role in ensuring that the dealership lot is organized and that vehicles are clean and ready for display or delivery. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Duties

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, ensuring that vehicles are properly parked and displayed.
• Drive vehicles to and from the service area, ensuring safe handling at all times.
• Assist with vehicle deliveries and pick-ups as needed, providing exceptional guest services throughout the process.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure a smooth operation.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections to ensure readiness for display or delivery.
• Assist in managing inventory by keeping track of vehicle locations on the lot.
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.

Experience

• Previous experience in a dealership setting is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
• Experience as a delivery driver or in guest services can be beneficial for this role.
• Familiarity with retail math is helpful for managing inventory and transactions.
• A valid driver's license is required, with a clean driving record preferred.
• Strong customer service skills are essential for interacting positively with clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
