Job Summary :

Automotive Sales Associate at Chevrolet of Milford is a full-time position with a guaranteed salary / commission.

Located in Milford, Connecticut, this position offers a competitive compensation package starting at $70k up to $150,000 per year with weekly pay & monthly bonuses.

As a Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly successful team and represent one of the top automotive brands in the world.

Bi-Lingual Spanish or Portuguese a HUGE PLUS!!!

Compensation & Benefits :

Competitive salary of $60,000 to $150,000 per year

Responsibilities :

Welcome and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot, providing a positive and memorable experience

Identify and understand the needs of potential buyers and match them to the appropriate vehicle

Conduct test drives and provide detailed information on vehicle features, specifications, and pricing

Use effective sales techniques to negotiate and close deals with customers

Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction targets

Utilize various lead generation tools and techniques to develop a customer base and establish repeat business

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Chevrolet products, features, and accessories

Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and provide ongoing support and assistance

Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process

As needed, participate in training programs to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge

Requirements :

High school diploma / GED required; post-secondary education a plus

Prior sales or customer service experience preferred

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Proficient with technology and comfortable with learning new systems

Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
