Chevrolet of Troy is one of Dayton’s largest Chevrolet dealership's, and has an amazing opportunity at our Chevrolet dealership location. We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager that would like to join our team. We are looking for a take charge, multitask-er that has the ability to motivate and mentor our sales team to success. This is a long-term position with an opportunity for advancement.

- Retail Automotive Sales Management Experience *MUST HAVE*
- Strong closing & negotiating skills
- Ability to coach/train sales staff
- Outstanding customer service
- Ability to close multiple new deals
- Superior deal structuring ability (subprime experience is a plus)
- Must be proficient with dealership platforms (DMS, CRM, vAuto, etc.) DealerTrack and Vinsolutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Professional work ethic and high integrity
- Ability to work as a team and/or independently
- Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
- Oversee the sales process, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and maximize profitability.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, optimizing stock control.
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet company objectives.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact with customers and resolve any issues effectively.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $125K annually including bonuses
