Job Description:

The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing complex industrial equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including cleaning, lubricating, adjusting and repairing machinery and equipment.

• Identify potential problems and develop proactive maintenance plans to minimize downtime.

• Conduct inspections and tests to diagnose equipment malfunctions and repair or replace parts as needed.

• Collaborate with other technicians and supervisors to ensure seamless operations and efficient use of resources.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, records and reports related to maintenance activities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or vocational training in mechanical repair or related field preferred.

• Minimum 2 years experience in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of industrial equipment.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
