Chevron Phillips Chemical (CPChem) is seeking a Rotating Equipment Reliability Specialist to join the Golden Triangle Polymers facility in Orange, TX that will be operated by Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LP. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your experience and be part of a team contributing to the design, startup, and operation of a new plant from the ground up.
This position will join the Golden Triangle Polymers Reliability team and would be responsible for working closely with the Operations and Maintenance teams at the Olefins, Polyethylene, and Utilities units. Initially this position will be more project focused ensuring that systems are setup and in-place for a safe startup and reliable plant operations. Following startup, the job functions will transition to a more traditional rotating equipment specialist role characterized by normal plant operations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for supporting the plants rotating equipment lubrication program.
