About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Car Wash Attendant at Chevron Stations Inc. (CSI). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a safe and clean environment, and contributing to the overall success of our car wash operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide customers onto the conveyor using hand signals and ensure a smooth and efficient car wash experience.
- Take customer orders for Unlimited Memberships and sell memberships within a fast-paced environment.
- Learn and adhere to Ducky's at Chevron Wash Core Values and Chevron Carwash Service Menu to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist guests with questions on pricing, service, and awareness, and provide solutions to meet their needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized car wash site, including equipment and chemicals.
- Process transactions and ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team member, with confidence in work processes and goals.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to listen attentively and communicate information clearly.

- Valid driver's license, good driving record, and in-force liability insurance.
