As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and performing various tasks related to fuel sales, food service, and customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain courteous, professional contact with customers, vendors, and co-workers.
- Ensure accurate and efficient point-of-sale transactions.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with CSI guidelines.
- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of the store, including restrooms, islands, pumps, and car wash areas.
- Actively promote store specials and marketing programs.
Requirements:
- Available to work a variety of hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
