About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate at Chevron Stations Inc. (CSI). As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and ensuring accurate sales transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to CSI's image standards
- Accurately process sales transactions, handling cash and credit payments
- Perform station cleaning duties, including restrooms, islands, pumps, and car wash
- Prepare food and hot beverage products, managing inventory and minimizing loss
- Actively promote store specials and marketing programs
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements and Qualifications
- Available to work a variety of hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Must possess required food handling certificates, as required by law
- Cooking/Restaurant experience preferred
