We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our retail sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring that all customers receive a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and thanking customers, responding to their needs, and addressing any concerns they may have
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including regular cleaning of the indoor and outdoor facilities
* Ensure food safety hygiene in accordance with county regulations, including proper sanitation, food handling, preparation, storage, and disposal procedures
* Follow federal law and company standards on carding customers for age restricted products
* Regularly review and restock inventory to ensure maximum product visibility and availability
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or prior retail experience preferred
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
* Ability to maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm, even during peak periods or when working extended hours
