Responsibilities
- Store Operations: Assist the Station Manager in the day-to-day operations of the retail facility, including managing station staff and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Safety and Security: Support and adhere to execution of established safety, security, quality guidelines, as well as all other CSI policies, procedures, practices, and programs.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Leadership Development: Develop and implement effective leadership strategies to enhance employee performance, engagement, and retention.
