Responsibilities
- Handle desking, rate quotes, and completing paperwork to federal, state, and company standards.
- Develop and monitor guidelines for working with the customer to ensure top customer satisfaction and a seamless buying process
- Assist with overseeing and monitoring the performance and managing internet leads
- Coach and train sales staff on new and certified programs.
- Coach and train sales staff to enhance the development of skills and value-building of sales processes
- Coach and train the sales staff regarding the benefits of financing, insurance, and VSCs
- Coach and train the sales staff to maximize appointment ratio from internet leads.
Qualifications
- Knowledge or ability to quickly comprehend software for DMS, FI menu, CRM, and management tools
- Thoroughly understanding new and pre-owned CPO programs, Knowledge of computer systems and related programs, and being informed of all factory incentives and programs.
- Automotive Sales Management (2 yrs. preferred) & Automotive F&I Management (2 yrs. preferred)
- Understanding of compliance regulation
- Ability to understand and utilize incentive programs for Lease, retail, or cash
