Chevy Chase Club is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Head Swim Coach for the 2025 summer season. Position Details
Position Type: Full-Time, Seasonal (Summer)
Start Date: June 1, 2025
Hours: 40 hours per week
Compensation:
Salary: $7,500 – $9,000 for the season
Additional Earnings: 75% commission on lessons
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head Swim Coach in planning and leading team practices, meets, and individual training sessions.
- Assist in developing strategies to enhance swimmers' skills and competitive performance.
- Utilize swim team and meet management software for scheduling and operations.
- Promote a positive and inclusive team culture, ensuring all participants feel supported and encouraged.
- Collaborate with team members, parents, and club staff for a smooth and successful season.
- Uphold strong organizational and communication skills for managing team logistics.
