Responsibilities
Our Bar Backs play an important role in our daily operations by ensuring our dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean, stocked and visually appealing. They assist our Bartenders in clearing the bar top, cleaning the barware, restocking glassware, plateware, replenish and rotate wines and top shelf liquor. In addition, they ensure beer taps are working properly and change out kegs as needed to keep our beers on tap fresh!
Qualifications
To be successful in the Bar Back role you’ll need efficiency, organization, the ability to multitask, and keen observation. You’ll need to transport glass racks and cases up to 25lbs. Mobility throughout the shift and high endurance is a must.
