ROLE SUMMARY :
As a Partnerships Manager, you will collaborate with a dynamic cross-functional team of chefs, food scientists, and project managers to deliver innovative product solutions and outstanding partner experiences. In this role, you will cultivate strong relationships with partners by managing daily interactions, project development, and fostering long-term collaboration. You’ll have the autonomy to advocate for your partners, ensure exceptional project delivery, and drive partner retention. This is an on-site position in Boston, MA.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of partners, providing strategic guidance and ensuring the delivery of product solutions aligned with scope requirements.
Build meaningful and thoughtful relationships by deeply understanding partner needs and proactively anticipating challenges.
Consistently go above and beyond to exceed partner expectations, ensuring exceptional experiences and fostering long-term collaboration.
Identify opportunities for new business and project expansion through a deep understanding of partner goals and industry trends.
Communication Leadership
Lead all partner communications and presentations with confidence, answering questions, influencing decision-making, and commanding trust at all organizational levels.
Project Scoping & Proposal Development
Translate partner briefs into actionable internal project briefs, ensuring all necessary data is captured at project inception.
Craft compelling project proposals for clients that outline deliverables, timelines, and alignment with partner objectives.
Develop project timelines that ladder up to the project scope and ensure alignment with client expectations.
Timeline Management
Collaborate with project managers to develop and oversee cross-functional timelines, proactively addressing partner needs and challenges.
Manage project timelines with clients, ensuring clear communication, on-time delivery, and exceptional partner experiences.
Strategic Storytelling
Collaborate with Science and Culinary Leads to create deliverables that align with partners’ brand and business strategies.
Research & Insight
Conduct research to understand consumer behavior, brand positioning, market trends, and cultural insights.
Team Empowerment
Inspire and galvanize the project team to generate innovative, category-defining ideas.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
4 years of experience in partnerships, account management, business development, strategy, or brand management (experience in food or consumer packaged goods is a plus).
3 years of project management experience, with a proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
Proven ability to craft compelling project proposals and manage project timelines with clients.
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with high emotional intelligence.
Strong accountability, ownership, and results-oriented mindset.
Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Superior organizational and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.
