Experienced Bartender

Busy Golf Course looking to hire experienced & talented mixologists.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Clean and sanitize bar area, including counters, utensils, and equipment
- Maintain a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of ingredients and supplies
- Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
- Monitor customer behavior and intervene as necessary to prevent overconsumption or disturbances

```Experience```
- Previous experience as a bartender for 2 years is required
- Knowledge of Toast POS system or similar point-of-sale software is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for patrons
- Proficiency in bartending techniques, including mixing cocktails, pouring beer, and serving wine
- Familiarity with cash registers and cash handling procedures
- Experience in catering or hospitality industry is beneficial
- Basic understanding of retail math for calculating prices, discounts, and tips
