Job Description: We are seeking a talented and passionate Van/RV Conversion Technician to join our team in Austin, TX. As a Van/RV Conversion Technician, you will play a crucial role in turning our customers' dreams into reality by performing high-quality conversions that exceed their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the design team to implement custom conversion plans.
- Install electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems in van and RV conversions.
- Fabricate and install custom cabinetry, flooring, and other interior components.
- Work with a variety of materials, including wood, metal, and composites.
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and solve technical problems as they arise.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate project progress effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in van or RV conversions is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general construction.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
