What You'll Do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the GM of Consumables, providing high-level strategic support.
- Operationalize business strategy by aligning the organization against stated objectives, streamlining and improve processes for effective collaboration, and identifying gaps in systems and tools.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with company priorities, business unit priorities, and timelines.
- Identify the right team to progress key initiatives, drive collaboration across groups, and implement cross-functional management mechanisms.
- Attend meetings and participate in projects with, or on behalf of, the GM of Consumables; manage pre-work, coordinate deliverables, facilitate meetings; and drive accountability for follow-through following those meetings.
- Organize and prioritize critical issues and information to facilitate efficient leadership (VP/President/C-level) decision-making.
- Work with analytics teams to metricize complex initiatives.
- Build strong partnership across the organization and externally with outside stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 10 years of work experience
- Experience in consulting, tech, or retail.
- Proven track record of getting things done from strategy to delivery.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong ability to work effectively across functions.
- Data-driven approach to problem solving and prioritization
- MBA or advanced degree
- Experience working in a chief of staff.
