Chewy is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Program Manager for Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) to join our dynamic team in Plantation, FL. In this role, you'll lead efforts to implement, enhance, and manage a world-class CPFR program. The ideal candidate has a strong background in retail or eCommerce supply chain, is process-focused, and excels at collaborating across internal teams and external vendors. We're seeking someone who is organized, meticulous, and analytical, with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. What You'll Do :
- Partner with Analytics, Systems, S&OP, Merchant teams along with vendors to build out the Chewy CPFR program to drive inventory & operational efficiencies thereby reducing fulfillment costs.
- Establish operational guidelines and measure critical metrics against the program guidelines.
- Drive program expansion and implementation, coordinating with internal partners and directly engaging with external vendor partners.
- Drive continuous improvement opportunities through systems and process documentation and enhancements for optimal efficiency and project management.
- Create and maintain best practices playbook for metrics improvements.

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

Pay Range
91,500-$146,000 USD
