What you’ll need to be our Director of Human Resources:
- Bachelor’s degree required, with an advanced degree and/or Human Resources certification(s) preferred
- Senior level Human Resources experience and/or employment law experience in a hospital and/or other healthcare environment required
- Proven experience in a Director-level or higher role required, preferably in an organization of >1,000 employees
- Extensive knowledge of HR practices, talent strategy, and organizational development strategies required
- Motivational leader who’s energized by building strong relationships and achieving results with and through others
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to adapt communication style at all levels of the organization
- Ability to influence and generate momentum for change efforts, pushing forward despite obstacles
- Customer-focused drive and initiative to solve challenging problems with innovative solutions

What you’ll do as the Director of Human Resources:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring long-term success
- Partner with leadership to influence strategic HR initiatives, including reducing turnover and enhancing retention of high-performing employees
- Lead the HR and Occupational Health departments, optimizing team performance and project execution to drive strategic HR goals, such as developing a plan to be recognized as a top-rated employer in the region
- Modernize our approach to talent acquisition, ensuring best hiring practices, integrating new employees effectively, and reinforcing the purpose-driven nature of our work
- Develop a comprehensive talent strategy, including career pathing, mentorship programs, and more
- Use data-driven insights and change management to continuously refine HR processes, keeping us agile and competitive
